Lost Toys



Supplies Needed

Font of choice – I used Vegacute here

“Lost Toys” is a tagger size scrap kit created by Crys of Creative Scraps by Crys and can be purchased from Mystical Scraps here.  You can visit her blog here.  Thank you Crys for such a crazy adorable kit!!
  
This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP. 

~~ Let’s get started ~~

Open up a 700 x 700 blank canvas.
Flood fill white.

Copy and paste Shelf as a new layer.

Copy and paste Frame 3 as a new layer.
Resize 50%
Duplicate/Mirror

Move all 3 elements into their exact positions – see my tag for reference.

To each frame:
Highlight the frame.
Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.
New Raster layer below the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 14 Into Selection.
Deselect.

Copy and paste the unicorn as a new layer.
Resize 60%
Mirror.
Move below the right frame and into position – see my tag for reference.
Highlight the paper layer beneath the Unicorn.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Highlight the Unicorn.
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Change the Properties of the Unicorn to Soft Light.

Copy and paste Leaf 3 as a new layer.
Resize 25%
Move into position at the top of the nail of the right frame – see my tag for reference.
Erase the stem of the leaf.
Duplicate the leaf.
Free rotate Right 45 degrees.
Move into position behind the frame.
Duplicate and Mirror both leaf frames and move into position on the left frame.

Copy and paste Ribbon 4 as a new layer.
Resize 40%
Free rotate Left 90 degrees.
Move into position so it looks like the top loop is looped over the left nail of the right frame – see my tag for reference.
Zoom in and use your eraser to erase some of the ribbon to make it appear as if it’s looped around the nail.

Copy and paste Key as a new layer.
Resize 20%
Free rotate Right 45 degrees.
Move the key so that it looks like it’s hanging from the bottom loop of the ribbon.
Duplicate the key and move it beneath the ribbon in your layers pallet.
Highlight the original key.
Zoom in and use your eraser to erase the small bit of the key to make it look like the ribbon is looped through the key.

Add your elements.  I used:
Blocks 1, 2, 3, and 4:  Resize 20% and 85%
Bow:  Resize 25%/Duplicate/Mirror
Unicorn:  Resize 60%
Feather:  Resize 50%/Duplicate/Mirror
Plant:  Resize 60%
Toy 3:  Resize 35%/Mirror
Rocking Horse:  Resize 35%
Curly Q:  Resize 60%/Free rotate Left 90 degrees/Duplicate/Mirror
Stars
Sparkles

Highlight your white background.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and Paste Paper 15 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.

Add your copyrights.

Add your name.
Color Pallet:
Foreground: #0b0a07
Background: #3e5d78

To create the curve in your name -
Close out the Background color of your color pallet.
Make your Ellipse Tool active set on Circle.
Width: 1
Create a large circle.
Object/Align/Center on Canvas
Reopen the background color in your color pallet.

Make your Text Tool active.
Set stroke width to 1.0
Move your cursor along the top center of the circle until you see a Rocking A and then click your mouse.
Type your name.
Click on the + sign in your layers pallet.
Click on the eye of the New Ellipse layer.
Highlight Vector 1 layer.
Right click your mouse and choose “Convert to Raster Layer”
Select All/Float/Defloat
Selections/Modify/Contract by 1.
Give it a slight Inner Bevel:
