Supplies Needed  

1 tube of choice – I used the wonderful artwork of Renee Lavoid which can be purchased from PSP Tube Stop.  You must have a license to use. 

Font of choice – I used Before the Rain here

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up the template.
Shift + D.
Close out the original.
Resize all layers 90%
Image/Canvas Size
700 x 600
OK
Highlight bg layer.
Flood fill white.
Delete the top 7 layers, White Strips, Large Creme Square, Brown Square.

Highlight Tan Strip layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Copy and paste cjsdreams-watback 02 (paper) as a new layer.
Move into a position you like.
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Give the paper a slight Inner Bevel:

Highlight Gold Circle layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Copy and paste cjsdreams-fantastyback05 (paper) as a new layer.
Move into a position you like.
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Give it the same slight Inner Bevel.

Color Pallet:
Foreground: #000000
Background: #b1d678

Highlight Black Dotted Circle layer.
Make your Color Replacer Tool active.
Zoom in on the dotted circle and double right click on it.
The circle should have turned green.

Repeat the above step with Black Square Lines layer.

Highlight White Circle layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Invert 
New Raster layer.
Flood fill with your Background color.
Adjust/Add Remove Noise/Add Noise:
Uniform checked
Noise: 50%
OK
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Repeat the above step with:
Left White Heart and Right White Heart.

Highlight Small Creme Square layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Copy and paste cjsdreams-fantasyback01 (paper) as a new layer.
Move into a position you like.
Tap the delete key.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer over the paper layer.
Change the Properties to Luminance.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer. 

Highlight Brown Circle layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Copy and paste cjsdreams-watback 02 (paper) as a new layer.
Move into a position you like.
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Highlight Dark Pink Heart layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Copy and paste cjsdreams-fantasyback05 (paper) as a new layer.
Move into a position you like.
Tap the delete key.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
Change the Properties to Overlay.
Tap the delete key.
Selections/Modify/Inside Outside Feather:
Both checked
Feather amount: 30
OK
Tap the delete key until you have a feathered look you like.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Highlight Light Pink Heart layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Copy and paste cjsdreams-fantasyback05 (paper) as a new layer.
Move into a position you like.
Tap the delete key.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
Tap the delete key.
Selections/Modify/Inside Outside Feather:
Both checked
Feather amount: 30
OK
Tap the delete key until you have a feathered look you like.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Add the elements.  I used:
Blossom Frame 4:  Resize 45% and 90%/Duplicate
Jules - Flower 7:  Resize 15%/Duplicate/Resize 70%
Jules - Flower 4:  Resize 10%
Jules - Flower 4 again:  Resize 5%
Butterfly 9:  Resize 20%/Free rotate Left 20 degrees/Duplicate/Mirror/Resize 70%
Element 2:  Resize 50%/Duplicate
Outlaw by Design ft 326:  Resize 65%

Highlight the background layer.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste cjsdreams_fantasyback05 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Resize 110%
Merge Group.

Add your credits.

Add your name:
Color Pallet:
Foreground: #000000
Background: #73aebc
Make your Text tool active and set the stroke to 0.8

Type your name.
Give it the same slight Inner Bevel 4x's.
